LA FAE.
This is the most famous place in Salinas for surfers all around the world, every 2 years we have a world surf championship here.
In this place u can found powerful waves in all directions, La fae is the most sensitive place for waves so you can found waves there almost every day.
Also here you can see sealions in their natural habitat.
LA CHUECA
This beach break has the most powerfull waves in all the Ecuador.
only experimented surfers can surf this wave.
if you fall you can suffer injuries because you only have one meter and a half of depth.
EL BARCO HUNDIDO OR PACO ILLESCAS.
This surf spot has this name because use to be an old shipwreck there.
This place is the most easy to find in salinas because is located in the beginning of the buildings in Salinas.
the waves here are really good and funny you can surf lefts and rights waves.
all the botton is completely reef but is deep enought to be safe.
LA BAHIA.
This place has the longest wave in Ecuador.
Its a fast and strog wave.
LA CHOCOLATERA
La chocolatera its the most salient point of south america in the Pacific.
this is a place where you have to be really careful, it has a lot of differents currents.
but if you are strong and you are a good surfer you can do it.!!
it is a really good place to surf, sometimes you can see whales junping in front of you.
